Shipping, Returns & Backorders
$5 flat rate shipping: Items will be shipped out using one of USPS services including First Class, Parcel or Priority at our discretion. No shipping refunds will be issued using this option.
Priority Shipping: All packages will be shipped using Priority shipping. In the event we are able to use one of the more economical flat rate boxes and your estimated shipping ever exceeds actual shipping by more than $1 and you paid using Paypal your account will be credited. When you pay by credit card you will be charged for exact shipping cost.
Any free shipping or discounted shipping rates are for US Shipping only. International shipping rates apply to all other areas.

We want everyone to be satisfied with the quality of our products. However, sometimes things happen and we want to make it right!
If you are unfamiliar with any of our products, please contact us so that we can advise you of the proper use. We can not be responsible for opened products that did not perform to your expectations when you did not contact us first or discuss your planned use for the product. We will stand behind the quality of our products and if you ever experience a problem with the quality of a product please contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of product. If it is our opinion that the product failed to meet our standards we will refund 100 % of the price paid for the product. WE WANT 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
Claims for damaged goods need to be handled with the shipping company. Insurance was offered at time of purchase and it is up to the consumer to purchase. For assistance on how to file a claim do not hesitate to contact our office.
Items that are backordered for over three weeks will be cancelled. Orders paid via Paypal will be credited to your Paypal account, check payments will be issued a check. All other charge payments are not processed until order is shipped. If at anytime you want to cancel a backorder please notify via email or phone.
